Need advice on good fish store!!

Okay so I live in Coral Springs florida and have been looking for a good place to look and aquire freshwater fish in my area. I have looked at petsmart petco but haven't really seen anything I wanted. I am new to aquriums and I don't want to start ordering from online stores just yet. Any help is appreciated. dont live nor have i ever been to Florida (yet) however a quick google search turned up this. The local fish stores are the best ones to goto, ignore the big chain stores like petsmart and petco. Hell Florida is even known for their fish breeders so look into that.
