Need Advice - What should i get next?

Currently have a 20 gallon established tank with lots of real plants. I am looking to make some additions to my tank. What fish do you think I should get? I like color. I currently have:

3 Peacock Gudgeons
1 Dwarf Gourami
1 Blue Ram
5 Neon Tetras
Amano Shrimp
Couple Nerite Snails
Ghost Shrimp

your tank is fully stocked imo.
Maybe adding another ram to make a breeding pair.

U r pretty stocked but ur neons would do best with a few more in there school
