Need light for my 15 gallon tank

I decided to make a 15 gallon tank, normal or maybe in iwagumi style.

I want a canister: Eheim Classic 2213, Tetra Tec EX700 or Atman CF600/CF800 dunno which one right now, but one of them.

But i dont want algae or green water, so please help me which lightning should i choose.

There are two right now:

Odyssea T5 DUAL (PRO?) DP 60/80 2X24W
Odyssea Compact 50/65 36W

Which one should i choose? Or another one? Please help me guys

And is it possible to run the Dual Pro with one fluorescent lamp or if i take out one it stops?
