Need lighting suggestion 10g

I have a 10g currently home to 30+ 3-week-old guppy fry and I'm looking to add a light for under $100. I have a bleheri sword and some java moss with a sand substrate. Any have suggestions for a nice light to add? I would like to add more easy to care for plants since I'm new to planted tanks. I've heard the fugeray planted plus is pretty good or a dual bulb t5ho. What would you do?

Note: where my tank is placed is on a kitchen counter under cabinets with about 5-6 inches clearance

A t5no would be a good start! The clamp ins wouldn't work with that clearance, if you're handy you could get a dual t8 and mount it to the bottom of the cabinet..

Yes no, it will give you good low/med light at about 26-28 total watts whereas ho would take you into high light and require serious ferts and co2/glut...
