Need Serious Help!

My tank has cracked and I desperately need to get this new tank up and running. I had purchased this tank a while ago & have had no luck finding any information on it. I need new bulbs, as well as new filters which are built into the hood. It is a 40 Gallon LifeTech and the hood says it's a LifeTech R-Style Aquarium R375 KG Electro-Switch
