Need to ID please

I am hoping someone can help me identify this. It seems to be branching out on the rock, so I wasnt sure if it is coral or not?

Colonial tunicates. They'll probably die back after a while

Right now they are taking off! and I found new growth on the other side. I believe it is sponge?.

Yes sponge. I had the same one.

You were right about the tunicates dying back. I hope they don't die off completely!
