Neon Tetra - Sick or Pregnant?

Hi all,

I have 10 neon tetras and i noticed that one looks bloated/pregnant. I've read through various threads and information but i'm none the wiser. The tetra in question is still brightly coloured but over the last few days, all though still seems to have no problem swimming, likes to hover over one particular area (also not a great spot to take a photo - i will continue to try) All water parameters are great and no other tetra or fish looks effected. Any ideas?

Neon tetras are egg scatterers, I know that much. Maybe she is full of eggs and looking for a good place to drop them. I would love to hear and answer too!
