Just wanted to show my 10 gallon. I love the piece of wood and the plants in it, which I will list. I font have a heater in it but it sits over my vent and seems to stay between 74-77 degrees.

Substrate is a mix of clay, fluval stratum and home made root tabs.

Plants:
Staurogyne repens
Crypt balansae
Apongeton ulvaceus
Crypt lucens
Java fern
Anubias nana?
And 2 other types of anubias I don't remember.

Inverts:
2 pygmy rasboras
3 amano shrimp

The amanos are nearing 2.5 inches so I think I'll change them out for some red cherry shrimp soon.

Let me know what you think!

After 10 days of having this aquarium going! Ulvaceus looks like it's going to flower, s. Repens looking more green, crypt balansae getting some new growth! :) oh and as you can see I added a heater to keep it steady at 76.

What light are you using? You have some good growth on your plants!

Just 2 23watt syvania 6500k bulbs. I think it's a bit much actually, but 15watt don't seem to reach the bottom of the tank
