Hey everyone,

As some of you know I had a 55 gal. saltwater tank, which I did not have the best of luck with. I lost many fish and as you can imagine lots of money! This past September would have been it's one year anniversary. However, a 55 gal. with a high death rate just wasn't enough for me. So I went on craigslist, and for 4 months I looked for the perfect tank. I found a 210 gal. tank and stand, reef ready, with only a small leak, (which Fixed easily) for only $225! I got so anxious that I called the person immediately and went to get the tank two days later. I knew someone would snatch it up if I didn't. That same day I went 45 minutes further to a guys house who had a 150 gal. tank. The tank had 300 lbs. of lr., fish, sand, invrts, coral, and lighting system, and power heads. I bought all of that for $750. We took his water and all. We got home and put the rock, fish, coral, invrts, and water in a 150 gal. koi pond. The lighting system was suspended above the pond. This system sat as was for 7 days. This was because of tank need to be resealed, stand braced, and sump hooked up. In the mean time I also ordered many needed parts, pumps, t5 lighting system. (I did not like the metal halide system) We finally got it set up and looks great!

The tank needs for fish and invrts in my opinion. Here is the stock list. (including invrts and coral) Some of the things I intend to sell because I do not like it, and/or I have to much of it.

Yellow tang
Tomini tang
Barred rabbitfish (selling)
12 line wrasse
pair of black ocellaris clowns
orange ocellaris clown
pair of banggai cardinals
two humbug damsels
clown goby
4 green bubble tip anemones. (one is 12" across and the others are 3" across)
peppermint shrimp
fire shrimp
cowrie snail
long spine urchin
two colored serpent stars
4 devils hands (one about 10" across, one is green and 7" across and the other two are 1-3" across)
green long polyp flowerpot coral

I am unsure of the main idea that i want to go with for the tank. I love clownfish and anemones. I want to make it anemone themed but I don't know if it is safe for the anemones. If I would do it I want multiple anemones each a different type of anemone. Anywhere from carpets to sebaes. I also want different types of clowns, not just ocellaris. I like clarki clowns, skunk, and maroons. To be honest I like all clowns. Is this safe?
I am very open to suggestions and comments on the main idea. I am also very open to accusatory comments and complimentary comments, as i believe each kind is very important to my progression of knowledge in reef keeping.

Thanks for looking and feel free to ask for additional information, cost, pictures, etc.
Thanks!

Thanks a lot. That's the main hallway so no one can walk through the house without stoping and looking. I love the attention!

Awesome video, I see ALOT of real estate for some nice corals!!

Yeah I have a lot of places for them but idk if I want to do mainly corals or anemones. That's really why I started this thread was to ask if it would look good and be ok to put multiple different types of anemones in one tank. Also if it would work to do more than one type of clown other than ocellaris an percula?

I'm non sure about the clowns. Looks like you some aggression issues now maybe? Saw the black and white going after the orange guy.

I've seen a nem o my tank and they look cool just for my taste the tank looks kinda bland ya like what I mean? You such a beautiful setup already and the scaping is in the money. You have so many nice corals and colors in that tank!!

Your neighbors and friends would pay to stare at that tank!! Some monti's, ricordias, acros, torch, hammer, frogspawn, clams, zoas!! Like a HUGE colony! lol. I have a zoa garden growing now in my BC29. Maybe some blastos, yumas, open brains!

Oh I would love to have that tank lol.

Nice setup! Get some crazy greens and blue and purple mushrooms and zoas and such. Looks like you already got a lot of red :)

Apparantly they are disc anemones, and I've heard they can move...problem solved, you'll have hundreds of "anemones"!:brows:
