So with the general rule of thumb in mind, an inch of fish per gallon of tank, in mind. Who thinks 6 small tetras would be to much in a 5g tank?

Every type of tetra i know of needs alot more swimming area than 5 gallon.

Look up ember tetra I think they can be in a 5 gallon

I think that endlers would be good. Get only males though. 5-6 of the males would be great for a 5g with some plants and maybe a few shrimp.
