(New) Building Thread for 225-210G

Okay, as I mentioned in two other threads, I created a new email to organize myself. Anyways, I'm creating a new thread for my build. Looking at a tank that's 225G with corner overflows. No skimmer, reactor, doser, RO/DI unit. Still had tank, lights, sump, and fuge. Even if this tank falls through, I'm still going to get a hold of a tank that's 72x24x30. I believe that's at least 210 gallons.

(Update)

I am getting a 210G SW aquarium this weekend. It comes with a free canopy stand that the LFS owner, friend has. His friend says he'll give it away with the 210G because he is having his dream stand bring built. I have to build everything from there.
