It's been a while since I have gotten my tanks up and running. It has been 10 years and now I am having another go at it. I have a 10 gallon with my baby plattys, a 20 gallon with my fish in it and another 20 gallon I am working on setting up as well as a 30 gallon.

I was going to start with a 20 gallon tank but 2 days after bringing my fish home I had 6 babies. Now I am trying to figure out which one is the mom and I could use a hand.

When I got them I was told they were all male but I believe I got diseased fish from the pet store. I managed to get the ich to go away but only 3 are left.

I have a hard time saying no so I ended up with 6 platty, 4 red tail black shark, and 10 neon tetras and 3 algae eaters. Should I separate the different kinds of fish? Please help.
