New Peacock Gudgeon

Hello I just got 2 new fish today a peacock gudgeon and a kuhli loach both very pretty but still getting used to the tank is it normal for the peacock goby to be in a corner resting toward it ?

It's usually a shy fish at least for me, but make sure it has hiding spots mine always hides in the plants.
