new tank 30L

Hi, I have just started my 30Litre fish tank which is now ready to introduce small tropical fish. My Ph is showing 7.0 and the temperature is 23-24C. The tank is a LoveFish Prism hexagonal shape and is approx 14"w and 26" tall approx. What fish does everyone suggest I start with?
Suggested Cardinal Tetras, White Cloud Mountain Minnows, Danios, Platys and or Guppys. Which does everyone think would be best.
Note.... only going to add 3 at a time with maximum of maybe 15!..

Seems like that's just under 8g which really isn't large, especially being a hex. Cardinals and danios really need more swimming space; I don't have personal experience with white clouds. As far as livebearers you could do a group of either male guppies or Endlers.

Being a hex makes it more difficult than normal.

Maybe some neon tetras as they are not very active.
