New Tank!

Hi, I'm going to be setting up a new 45 gallon tank in a little while and I was wondering what to put in it. I was going to move my 5 mollies in, some glofish, some type of algae eater and/or cory catfish and others if possible. I also need help with the fish-less cycling as far as how to do it.
