Aquarium Advice Newbie
Hi,
I'm a Grandmother of a 6 year old boy.
"We" have a gallon "tank" with a male and a female Betta. There is a heater, but, no filter.
"Blue" tends to nip a lot at "Red's" fins. There is a place for her to hide.
My grandson does not "play" with the fish, so they are in no danger from him.
I was thinking of getting a filter, but, I may be over feeding them. They always look up to the top when I approach them and it makes me think they are hungry. They do eat when I put food in for them, even though there is visible food on the bottom.
I will be using this site to access your expert opinion and information so we may enjoy our "pets" for a long time.
Thank you
