McDonald's serves Coca-Cola though...
Although it has nothing to do with this thread, I agree that we will find that all of things we are allowed to be exposed to because 'no study has truly proven it to be a cause of...' will turn in to 'well duh, exposure to all these things all the time is not good for long term health and can have far reaching negative impacts on our health'.
One possibility is epigenetics, which genes are turned on and which are turned off. An exposure in one generation can cause an increase in a certian disease for generations. Our exposures will not only affect us but our great grandchildren.
