I was looking for material to make filters at a big box hobby store. I found this material from FairField called "Nu-Foam Densified Polyester". It seemed interesting save for being mildew resistant. I figure that it is mildew resistant do to the material it was made of. I couldn't determine if it was chemically treated from their web site. I'm willing to experiment with it but not if it is treated. Does anybody know anything about it?
