odd bug, any clue what it is?

i found a couple of these hanging out in my substrate. Any idea what they are?

i keep crs and pfr in that tank, are they harmful?

Leptoglossus occidentalis, common name Western Conifer Seed Bug?

its alot smaller than that. Its also aquatic.. so it can't be that.

I have never seen that bug before. But I would get rid of them ASAP cuz they don't look all too nice.

Google the Microvelia genus of insects and see if any match, it's hard to tell from the distant photos.

we have things like this in ohio does it look like a lightning bug sort of?
