Ok to drain old freshwater tanks into new SW tank?

I will be draining and removing my old 75gal freshwater tank to make room for my new 120gal SW tank.

Is it generally ok to use this water in the SW tank?

Or should I start with all new water?

I'd start with new water. Everything you have in the FW will die when you introduce it to the SW, but I'd feel better starting with clean water instead of dirty water.
