Picked up a bunch of frozen food now that my fishkeeping days have returned. Picked up mysis and brine shrimp and bloodworms, and decided to try something different and got "emerald entree" (I've heard good things) and omega one cichlid formula (shot in the dark). Well, I went to feed the cichlid formula how I always feed frozen food- thawed it out in a cup- but it just melted into tiny pieces too small for even my glowlight tetras.
