Aquarium Advice Apprentice
So I moved to My girlfriend's house about a half hour away January 4th and the water Chemistry in my 150 gallon planted freshwater aquarium has been better ever since. My Nitrites have been way down but my pH is now staying at 7.8... the ONLY fish I've lost were my Rams.... so it can't be the water itself can it? my Chemistry is as follows :
pH : 7.8
Ammonia : 0
Nitrite : 0
Nitrate : 20 (still within reason esp. when adding plant chem)
gH : 9
kH : 3
temp : 78 degrees Fahrenheit
Any ideas everyone? I haven't lost any of my Otocinclus Catfish, Tetras, Barbs, Plecos, or Clown Loaches.... I'm baffled on this one.... if it were the water chemistry I'd be losing to Otos at least.....
