Orange alagae???

Is this some kind of strange orange alagae on this rock, or just brown alagae? I love Mr. Honey Gourami and get paranoid over his tank a little too easy.[emoji19]Thanks!

Looks like diatoms or brown algae. It seems to be on your gravel too.

Yes, it is on the gravel too. I have some otto cat fish in my 20 gal. If I move some over to this tank will they take care of it for me?

Possibly. I've never owned them but they do eat algae. Worse case, get some nerite or mystery snails.
