I haven't found anywhere for a reasonable price a fixture to hold my par38 54w bulb I will be using for my 10gallon tank. Please reply want to start this build asap.

I am using a floor lamp with flexible side reading light neck for my par 30 bulb. It was 12$. I didn't want to spend 50-60$ on a fixture that attaches to my tank and might accident break my tank.

Hope this helps.

Got this at my local how depot :) it supports up to 60w and I'm getting a 54w par38. 6 dollars :) and at the pet store I work at we have a good attachment for it to sit over my tank :)

That works too! I already have several of those for my freshwater tanks, but no good way to attach them to my salt tank that has no lid.

I am glad you found something more reasonably priced!
