I had a peacock gudgeon who looked like she was fairly happy then I added two gold dust mollies to the tank and she seems to be scared of them. She use to be active in the tank and now she hides in crevices and in the plants. The mollies seem to have taken over the tank; they are very active fish.It is only those three fish in the tank (which is 10 gallons). Is there any way to help her? Should I not worry? What should I do?

Try getting a second gudgeon.

My two are in a 29g community tank and always together. They compete well for food with my white clouds and serpae tetras who are much faster.

I also found that my gudgeons love my panda cories and often hide together.

I'm not so sure that mollies are a good addition for a ten, they need some swimming room, can breed prolifically, and be bossy brats. Peacocks tend to be more shy and easy going.
