Pearl gourami issue.

Ok I have a pair of pearl gouramis and a paradise gourami in my tank and lately my gouramis have been acting strangely. My pearls and paradise used to school and stay at the top and eat like pigs, now my pearls stay on the bottom of my tank in a cave and are refusing to come out. I haven't noticed any signs of aggression from the paradise so does anyone have any clue what's wrong? When I first noticed this behavior I did a 25% water change to help if my chemistry levels are ascu but I did a test and all my levels are adequate, even my ammonia is below 1PPM. What's wrong????? Please help!!!

ammonia should be 0. Are you using the test strips?

No, I use the master kit. They stopped acting funny at about seven last night so I guess everything's ok. They came out, started schooling and ate like little pigs. So looks like what ever was wrong with em whent away but thanks any way.
