Have a penguin 350 hob filter I've had It a couple years now. And I have been using the cartridges made for it and that is it. Was wonder if anyone has the same filter and what they use in it. I want to put purigen in there too and I'm just not sure how to go about it. Any ideas?

I have one but only run filter floss in it. I use the plastic from old cartridges then stuff pillow stuffing behind it. Works really well for my ciclid tank. I'm sure you would have room to put a bag of purigen in there. There are a few slots on the filter just move it to allow more room.
