pest on coral skeleton

Long story short picked up a open brain coral but didn't notice it had two spots of skeleton showing. Fast forward a few weeks and I see either a polyp or majano on the skeleton. I have my.aipistasia x ready but I'm not sure how to do it without harming the coral. Anyone have an idea? Thanks

Np. I have tried many times to get pics but the brains flesh covers it under whites and pics with blues on are horrendous .I pulled the brain out into a tuperware and covered the mystery polyp / majano with aipistasia x . It doesn't seem to have effected the brain at all. It's mouth puckered up pretty tight when I started squirting the aipistasia x . Thanks hank .
