PH crash after cycle, need an expert!

Alright, numbers are continuing to spike. No2-10, No3-40. Good news is that ammo eating bacteria ate 3ppm in about 12 hours. Now I'm just waiting for my nitrIte test tube to turn blue again and I'll be set! I wish I knew about my water softness and lack of alkalinity before my cycle (previously) completed, cause I'd have added the CC earlier and there'd be little swimmers in there now.
