Good viewing lights but crap for plants. Take a look at AquariumPlants.com and look at some plants that you like. This will let you pick out a light level to shoot for and then you can pick the light to suit that.

You could get a cheap stoplight, screw in a 26 watt 6500k bulb and you'll have all the light you'll ever need for around 25$ at most.

its just a standard one from Home Depot. If you're not doing a high tech setup, I suggest getting a lower wattage bulb.

To be honest, I don't know. Any that they have will work.

The clip on shop lights are absolutely hideous but they work. It will also be difficult to find a 6500k bulb but they do exist. I would say you would need 2 powerful bulbs over a 10g but he sure to get the ones with the big cover or else the bulb will overheat.
