Ok I think I have solved part of my plant not really growing well. I did not know (stupid me) that before u plant a plant totally that the rockwool should be totally removed. I could not figure out y when I bought the plant it looked PERFECT!!!! and as time goes on slowly its not so flush and as more time goes on it starts to die back. So I totally took the plant out and HOLY COW the roots were a mess. They were so wrapped up in this rockwool. I slowly got the rockwool out of the roots cleaned up the roots and replanted these little bitty plants the plant is a Cryptocoryne, Wendtii, Red (Cryptocoryne wendtii) I sure hope I saved these little bits.
