Plants not growing

I have 2 ten gallon tanks and a 5.5 gallon and I want them all to have a naturalistic theme but all my plants will only get bigger in the 5.5 and in the tens the plants just stay the way they were when I got them. If anyone has any suggestions for how I can get my plants growing in the larger tanks I would really appreciate it.

Ps I don't want to have a CO2 tank for the plants.

What lighting? What plants? What substrate?

Just a few questions that, if answered, might let someone steer you in the right direction.

LEDs in the tens with direct sunlight to and the five has a highlight I think. I have amazon sword plant Marino moss and I don't know what the other 2 plants are. All tanks have substrate
