How big are the stones? One pump or two?

One pump, two stones...you can see from my pic . More than enough filtration and oxygen. Maybe too much light?

My thought is that oxygen helps more nutrients break down faster and with the bloodworms and other protein rich foods that create a bio load in and of itself. If it was green algae I would say to black the tank out. I still say it's linked to nutrients.
