Platty with white fungus growing on its head, diagnosis and treatment advise.

Good morning all

I have a platty in my tank that recently has developed a white patch that looks like fungus on its head.

Would anyone know what that is and how to treat. Would this infect all other species of fish in my tank?

Buy API General Cure and try that. It helps with a lot of fungus growths and is available at at most pet stores.
