Yesterday to my surprise I found a great amount of fry in my floating plant, there all clear except for one that is about the same size as the other fry but is the coloration of a red wag platy, what's weird is I've only had one adult female platy alongside three male guppies and one female guppy for more then three months Could it be mixed breed?

As far as I know platy and guppy don't cross but guppy and molly will. I'd guess the one with the colors is a platy, as to the others if they have the same body shape as that one they're probably platies too, if not then I would guess guppies. Guppy fry are extra tiny.

I have one platy in the tank now and I haven't had any more in over three months

Well either the female managed to hold sperm longer than that or you have a funny guppy fry.
