Platy has bump on head

This bump appeared on my year old platy about a week and a half ago and I think it has gotten slightly bigger since then. She eats fine and there have been no recent changes to the 10 gallon tank which I’ve had for abt 3 years. Neon tetras have been the only other fish in the tank ever since my other platy died a couple months ago. Personality wise, she has just gotten more shy since then.
