The first pic looks like button polyps. No real effort involved there as far as care. They will get what they need from your water changes and lights.
Second pic looks like mushrooms, same care level as the polyps.
The third is impossible to tell. Any chance of getting a closer pic? Or can you give a description of it?

3rd looks like some kind of mushroom coralimorph. looks like the hairy brown guys that I have. once again no real maintence needed beyond the norm.

3rd looks like a brown frilly mushroom to me also.
