Looks like snail eggs. Whatever it is it`s not ich. Ich attaches to fish.

Ok. I was thing that it was snail eggs but I haven't ever had snail eggs before so I wasn't sure.

NO...ich can freely swim and I've seen them on the glass as well. Those are 100% not ich.
