Please Tell me this is not ICK

I just got this wrasse three days ago, and I noticed two white spots evenly on it's fins. It does not look like any ICK that I have treated before on Clown Loaches. Is this just apart of the fish or should I be worried?

I tried to get good pictures.

He is swimming happy and looks fine, not rubbing up on rocks are anything like that. Could they just be sand? I didn't know about the slim coat they do at night to sleep. Could it just be sand stuck on him? He only had one when I brought him home, now he has the two.

Probably sand stuck on him... just watch him and make sure hes eating and not acting funny
