I'm wondering what I can feed my pleco other then the normal pellets and algae in my tank. I know blanched zucchini and cucumber are a poplar treat. Anything else? Certain brands of foods?

Carrots and dark green lettuce (spinach or romaine, not iceberg), algae wafers (I use hikari), frozen brine shrimp/bloodworms.
You should blanch the vegetables before putting them in the tank so that it will be easier for your pleco to eat them.
All can be found at the supermarket or a local lfs.
Keep in mind that I don't actually have a pleco, I just know what my snails eat and I have checked with the internet that plecos eat those things as well.
