My best suggestion is to go to the pic catelog on planetcatfish.com and try to match as closely as possible. It's likely to be difficult at the least for a positive ID. I'd search it, but I'm currently pressed for time.

It looks like a rubber lip how big do they get

I don't think it's a rubber it looks like a common. If it is common they grow to be 24" I think.
