It's all good I did a water test and the lvl r all right and it's just him in there with brisnoise catfish x5 the tank is 90L

All good?? Pop eye is a direct result of poor water quality in most cases. You have 5 bn plecos? How big?

About 8-9 ins and I do a water change every 2weeks 30%

That's still to much for the tank. Need to rehome 4 of the plecos and do a 50%wc weekly. That's really the only way.
