Possible Pest Anemone?

Agree with majano, not necessarily a pest though, ime they don't reproduce any where near the rate aiptasia do and won't over run your tank.

Manjanos can over run a tank. Happened to me years ago. They are very persistent and burn other corals they touch. Aptasia and manjanos should be killed when you spot them IMO.

Well I don't have Kalkwasser to inject it so I just got rid of it with a tweezer. Is that enough or did release spores or something?
 
You usually have to pretty much burn them to the ground. Leaving even a tiny piece will just produce another anemone. There are no spores, but they can reproduce from just a tiny bit of tissue being left.
