Power head help.....

I sprung for a 10 gallon tank, moving up from my 2 gallon..... I'm going to run a HOB filter for now that I used on a 30 gallon before..... What size power head should I use in this tank? One or two? The HOB filter seems to be moving quite a bit of water

You want at least 10x turnover if the water column.
