Praecox Rainbowfish problem!

My neon dwarf rainbow/praecox rainbow is super fat and hasn't really like skinnied up a bit and now I'm getting worried cos I posted a thread about this around 2 weeks back and everyone said that he should be fine but right now he's just getting worse
Help!!
Tanks parameters are normal and tankmates are 2 other praecox rainbows, 2 red irian rainbows, 1 bosemanni rainbow and a bolivian ram and a pleco

May just be a fat female loaded with eggs.

Any resolution? I have a rainbow the same. Think she's full of eggs but medicated her anyway with very little change
