pregnant guppy's gravid spot turned red...

What happened? She is acting all stressed. I think she had two fry. Only two. That makes me think there are more inside her... is she ok? Are her fry ok?

If she looks stressed out I would recommend to turn off the lights on the tank and in the room the tank is and wait till the morning that's how I do it when my mollies or guppies are giving birth also they usually give birth at night IME
