my friends shrimp is prego and she doesnt know what to do. you can litterally see the eggs. its a ghost shrimp.

Cool! Berried shrimp are fun. In about a month, the eggs will hatch. Ghost shrimp babies have a larval stage, though, in which it is hard to keep them alive. The berried shrimp require no extra care than the others. Just watch for babies!

Some Ghost Shrimp require Brackish water for larval survival, some don't. Just tell her not to be disappointed if she doesn't get babies.

Ghost shrimps gets berried very easily but then once the larvae is released, its very difficult to grow them. I tried breeding them before with little success unless you have them in their own tank and a sponge filter only.
