Pros:
Plants love it! Real

Cons:
Expensive, and can get complicated.

DIY Co2 is worth it to me. It's not complicated and plants love it. Just remember, the more lighting you have, the more Co2 you need or everything will suffer.

Pros: Less algae, stronger and more robust plants, additional nutrient uptake, larger variety of plants available

Cons: $$$, potentially hazardous to fauna if the user lacks common sense.

Pros:all of the above.
Only con after initial cost of a pressurized system and finding a balance, is the higher maintaince. As a hobbyist though, I personally don't mind the grind.

I have ran into my share of folks that go "high tech" then eventually "can't find the time."
Having said that "my plants grow crazy fast" should merit some caution. I suppose.

DIY CO2 mostly depends on tank size. It's at its best at less than 20g.
