Hi people I baught a puratek RO system to get away from phosphate and algae. And my
tank is still full of algae do you think its defective? ?

Do you have a TDS meter? You need one if you don't. It will be the only decent well to tell if/when you need to change filters on the system and also tell you if it is functioning properly.

What is your PO4 testing at in the tank, and is there any measurable in the output of the RO system?

I did the same thing when I bought my RO filter. You'll need to add a DI filter too. Phosphates can come from the fish food too.

Its brand new just tested the water from the RO its good but the water from my tank is testing high for phosphate what's causeing it how do I get rid of it
