question about possible parasite

I just noticed in my tank that there are a TON of tiny tiny little white lines that are moving like an inch worm would. I'm not really sure what this is.The only thing new I have in my tank are 3 baby snails and I have recently started to feed them shrimp pellets Would anybody know? thanks

What fish do you have in your tank and do you know your water parameters? It could be flatworms, described here http://www.peteducation.com/article.cfm?cls=0&cat=1968&articleid=2811.

Nematodes of some kind probably. Usually you simply feed your fish less to reduce thier numbers.
